We are now looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician - Mechanic who wants to help ensure stable and safe operations at our facility. You will play an important role in the maintenance organization where you work closely with production and contribute to high availability through qualified mechanical maintenance.

Circulose is a textile recycling company with a unique technology and a product - CIRCULOSE ® - made from 100% textile waste, primarily cotton. The company's mission is to lead the transition to circular fashion by making large-scale textile recycling accessible.
About the role
As a Maintenance Technician - Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing and coordinating mechanical maintenance within the facility. The work is varied and involves both corrective and preventive actions, troubleshooting, and improvement measures.
You will work under the maintenance coordinator and closely collaborate with colleagues and external suppliers, playing an important role in ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality.
Responsibilities
Perform and lead mechanical maintenance within the facility.
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace components on machines and equipment.
Ensure that assigned work orders are completed as planned.
Guide and coordinate hired resources as needed.
Participate in improvement work to increase operational reliability and efficiency.
Communicate with external suppliers and, if necessary, approve timesheets.
Comply with Circulose's safety and security regulations, always prioritizing safety for yourself and your colleagues.
Assist in other maintenance tasks within the organization.
We are looking for someone who has:
Technical education in mechanics, industry, or equivalent work experience.
Experience in mechanical maintenance within industrial operations.
Good technical understanding and experience with practical work on machines and equipment.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
Good knowledge of Swedish and basic English.
We consider it an advantage if you have:
Experience in process industry or production environment.
Experience working in maintenance systems.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, or rotating equipment.
Experience in improvement work.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety work.
